Full-time Full-time Description:
Grace Manufacturing specializes in precision metal services and medical manufacturing, providing customers with custom metal parts using different processes or a combination of processes. We are seeking qualified candidates for a Manufacturing Engineer position at our Manufacturing facility in Russellville, Arkansas. This position will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. The Manufacturing Engineer will work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to support new product introductions, troubleshoot process issues, design fixtures and tooling, and drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the plant.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have the following: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field Strong manufacturing engineering background with at least 3-5 years of experience in a precision machining or manufacturing environment Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, Mastercam, or similar) Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Experience Includes:
Experience implementing automation or robotics in a manufacturing setting Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and quality systems (ISO 9001, AS9100) Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing software Background in machine design, tooling, or fixturing Experience in a high-mix, low-to-medium volume production environment What We Offer Grace Manufacturing is proud to be Employee Owned (ESOP) and offers its employee-owners a competitive compensation and benefit package to include medical, dental, vision, paid vacation and 401k with match.
