Your strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, processes and methodologies will ensure that the product repairs developed under your leadership meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. In this role, you will impact the development of repair solutions that meet stringent quality and performance standards for cutting-edge aerospace technologies, contributing to Honeywell's leadership in the aerospace industry. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Tempe, AZ location on an On-site work schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support production improvement projects to impact both repair and overhaul product Turn-Around-Time and Cost. Lead and drive the repair development process, from concept to implementation by designing and developing repairs for complex mechanical components and systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define mechanical requirements and specifications for product repairs as well as to substantiate repairs under development.
