This is a 5-month contract to start with the potential for extensions.
Pay:
$53.00 - $59.00/hr ; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.
Description:
We're looking for a Pipe Stress Engineer in Phoenix who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients' business. Join us and you'll have the chance to work on projects including state of the art industrial and commercial facilities. You'll be accountable for schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks, as you gain familiarity with the client's expectations, scope, budget, and schedule. Your multi-discipline, highly interactive team will develop and design a variety of equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial and industrial projects.
Qualifications:
Here's what you'll need: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field At least 5 years of relevant engineering experience Proficient in pipe stress analysis software such as AutoPIPE and Caesar II Ideally, you'll also have: Experience working in construction environments including field verifications. Working knowledge of plastic pipe design and analysis Working knowledge with design tools such as Navisworks and AutoCAD This role will require someone to be on a client job site a minimum of 2 days/week. Strong communication skills are needed to successfully navigate working with others onsite.
