Job Description

12+ Months Contract to Direct Monday - Friday Onsite Overview Seeking a Principal Process Engineer to develop, optimize, and transfer wafer-based semiconductor manufacturing processes into production. Focus areas include thin-film deposition, photolithography, DOE, and process scale-up. Responsibilities Develop and optimize wafer fabrication processes. Design and execute DOE to improve process capability and yield. Transfer processes from development to manufacturing. Perform equipment qualifications, process validations, and statistical analysis. Troubleshoot process and equipment issues and implement improvements. Define process controls, metrology, and production strategies. Collaborate with product development and manufacturing teams. Requirements BS in Engineering or related field. Experience with wafer fabrication process development or manufacturing.
Strong experience with:
PVD Metal Deposition / Thin Film Deposition Photolithography DOE / Process Development Preferred MEMS or microfabrication experience. High-volume manufacturing and process transfer experience. Lean Six Sigma, DFSS, or DRM experience. Minitab, JMP, or other statistical analysis tools. Experience with automated equipment, machine vision, or metrology systems.
