About the Role In this dynamic, full-time 6-month consultant position, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the performance, safety, and reliability of advanced chiller systems before they reach customers. Working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams, you will drive final acceptance testing and validation efforts that directly support product quality and customer satisfaction.

PM Pay Rate:
$25-$30/hour What You'll Do Your day-to-day work will combine technical expertise, analytical skill, and hands-on problem solving: Execute acceptance testing, design verification, burn-in, and temperature testing according to engineering specifications Complete and document all Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) and forms Collect and analyze data using data acquisition tools; create charts and reports in Excel Conduct detailed troubleshooting on new production units Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure units meet final quality standards before shipment Review engineering and production documentation to confirm accuracy and completeness Perform visual, mechanical, electrical, and functional inspections Verify systems and equipment against required specifications using test instrumentation (multimeters, amp clamps, etc.) Maintain accurate records through internal travelers and work orders What You Bring Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field) OR 5+ years of experience in HVAC systems and data analysis/plotting Strong computer proficiency and experience with data analysis tools Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking Effective written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with testing tools: Data Acquisition Devices, Amp Clamp, Multimeter, TC Reader Steel toe boots meeting
ASTM F 2412-2005 & ASTM F 2413-05
standards Preferred (Not Required) 2+ years of experience in equipment or machinery testing Electrical troubleshooting experience Hands-on work with pumping systems or similar equipment Experience using data acquisition systems EPA 608 Certification Why Join Us? Pay Details:
