Our platform integrates electrochemistry, fluid systems, and modular reactor design to unlock new pathways for domestic critical mineral production. We are seeking a Scale-Up Engineer to help bridge the gap between lab-scale innovation and real-world deployment. This role sits at the intersection of mechanical design, process engineering, and system integration, and will play a critical role in building EELI's pilot-scale systems. Role Description As a Scale-Up Engineer, you will design, build, and iterate on electrochemical reactor systems and supporting process infrastructure. You will work closely with the founding team to translate experimental insights into functional, scalable hardware. This is a hands-on, build-first role requiring both engineering design and practical execution.
