Pay Rate Low:
$120,000 |
Pay Rate High:
$140,000
  • Full time permanent position
  • Opportunity for an experienced Product Development Engineer to play a key role in developing new laboratory equipment for use within the biomanufacturing industry.
This hands-on role spans concept through production, working with cross-functional teams to solve design challenges, improve performance, and scale products successfully. Ideal for someone who enjoys building real products and seeing them reach the market.
  • Responsibilities:
  • + Lead product development from concept to production + Collaborate with R D, manufacturing, and marketing on requirements + Perform technical analysis and feasibility studies + Create and maintain design, testing, and validation documentation + Mentor junior engineers and support best practices + Manage timelines, resources, and risks + Work with suppliers to source components and integrate technologies + Use customer feedback and field data to improve products •
Qualifications:
  • + Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar) + 6+ years of product development experience + Strong design and problem-solving skills + Experience working with manufacturing teams + Proficiency in CAD and product design tools + Experience with testing, validation, and quality processes
  • Nice to Have
