Job Description
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to support a large engineering and consulting firm on a growing pipeline of data center and energy infrastructure projects. This individual will play a key leadership role managing both technical delivery and day-to-day engineering operations. On a daily basis, this person will oversee engineering staff, coordinate workloads, and provide technical guidance to ensure successful project execution. They will lead mechanical, plumbing, and controls design efforts across complex projects—including data centers, central plants, and process cooling systems—while ensuring all work meets QA/QC standards, client requirements, and applicable codes. This role also includes conducting design reviews, resolving technical challenges, supporting troubleshooting and system optimization, and collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders such as clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
