Full Job Description Role Overview:
Our client is looking for supplier quality engineers to focus on strengthening supplier quality performance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The engineers will lead investigations into supplier-related non-conformances, drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), and ensure robust execution of first article inspections and part approval processes. The position will play a critical role in improving incoming material quality and reducing issues identified during production. Candidates will collaborate cross-functionally to implement process improvements and enhance supplier accountability. This is a hands-on role requiring ownership of quality issues and resolution at scale.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in supplier quality engineering, including CAPA ownership and root cause analysis Experience managing and closing non-conformance reports (NCRs) in a manufacturing setting Background working with electromechanical components and supplier quality processes Nice to
Have:
Experience improving supplier selection and qualification processes Familiarity with incoming inspection control and material quality validation Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements across supplier networks

$55.00 - $59.00 per hour
