Job Description
Our client, a leading organization in the automotive and vehicle development industry, is seeking a Dimensional Engineer to join their team. As a Dimensional Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting the Vehicle Development team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

$88/hour + Benefits What's the Job? Define and establish datum schemes, tolerances, and requirements for chassis commodities. Serve as the Dimensional Variation Analysis (DVA) lead for feasibility assessments. Oversee the drawing-check process for designated vehicle commodities. Define and implement measurement strategies to ensure quality standards. Approve fixtures in accordance with project requirements to support manufacturing and assembly processes. What's Needed? Minimum of 6 years experience in dimensional management within the automotive or related industry. Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Proficiency in performing 1D/3D stack-up analyses to evaluate design feasibility. Advanced knowledge of GD&T principles, with proven ability to create and validate technical drawings.
