. Define system-level requirements and technical specifications for the chassis platform. Directly interface with CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) teams to iterate on frame stiffness, NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness), and durability. Drive the sourcing process by evaluating supplier technical capabilities and managing technical reviews (DFMEA/PFMEA). Optimize the chassis for "Skateboard" architecture, ensuring seamless integration of the e-axle and battery modules. Qualifications B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering. 8+ years of automotive experience, specifically in chassis, frames, or body-in-white (BIW) . Expert-level mastery of

(3DEXPERIENCE) and PLM systems (Enovia/Teamcenter). Proven track record of taking complex mechanical systems from "blank page" concept through Start of Production (SOP). Deep knowledge of automotive materials (High-Strength Steels, Aluminum) and joining methods (MIG welding, SPR, structural adhesives).
