To insure products are designed to the highest quality and to insure the manufacturing process and installation is done efficiently with clear instructions. Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience working with custom sheet metal design & fabrication and product development, with a specific focus on sheet metal component design, using weldments. A minimum of 2 years of experience using SolidWorks CADD Software to produce welded steel and fabricated sheet metal components and products. Must be competent and capable with SolidWorks and "fast" at producing drawings. Must have programming experience as well in order to support the daily needs of the Design Engineering dept. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills is imperative and an inherent willingness to take the initiative in solving design challenges. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be willing and able to work well with others.
