Position Overview:
Senior Mechanical Engineer & Project Manager Join our dynamic engineering team as a highly motivated Senior Mechanical Engineer and take your career to the next level!     Conceptual Design:
    Develop mechanical system design concept in line with project requirements and industry standards.
      Quality Control:
      Ensure mechanical systems are designed to meet client requirements, company standards, and integrate seamlessly with other MEP systems (electrical, plumbing, etc.).
        Site Surveys:
        Conduct on-site surveys and assessments to gather data, evaluate existing conditions, and inform system design and coordination.
          Client Collaboration:
          Work closely with clients, architects, and other engineering professionals to develop customized solutions.
            Project Management:
            Assist in managing project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within cost constraints.
              Supervision:
              Provide guidance and oversight to design engineers, ensuring quality work.
                Technical Support:
                Provide timely responses to the team and clients during the project lifecycle, from planning and design to construction and final delivery.
                  Code Compliance:
                  Ensure all mechanical systems comply with relevant local codes, regulations, and standards.
                    Documentation and Reporting:
                    Prepare and review technical documentation, specifications, reports, and drawings. Qualifications & Skills
                      Education:
                      Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
                        Experience:
                        Minimum 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in MEP consulting.
                        • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.
                        Technical Skills:
                        • Proficient in HVAC design and analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Energy Pro, or similar tools).
                        • Knowledge of mechanical systems including air conditioning, heating, ventilation, plumbing, fire protection, etc. Plumbing expertise would be ideal.
                        • Strong understanding of building codes and standards.
                        • Familiarity with sustainable design practices and energy-efficient solutions.
                        Project Management:
                        Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing technical, time, and budgetary constraints.
                          Problem-Solving:
                          Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize mechanical systems.
                            Communication:
                            Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
                            Team Player :
                            Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
                            Intangible Skills:
