Experience developing specifications, SOPs, and test protocols.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience identifying root causes of hardware failure in the field. Experience working in a lab/warehouse setting and managing physical assets. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $256,000-$278,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Oversee the daily uptime and operational readiness of a humanoid fleet, ensuring minimal downtime through rapid intervention. Guide a team and perform mechanical and electrical repairs, including sensor calibration, drivetrain maintenance, and Printed Circuit Board (PCB) troubleshooting. Document every repair and failure mode during your initial phase to create the standard operating procedures (SOPs) that will be used across all future fleet models. Standardize the repair kit, selecting the tools, parts inventory, and diagnostic software required to keep operations running. Implement standard operating procedures and iterate on the process.
