Job Description:
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to design and develop innovative products and mechanical features for the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in 3D CAD modeling, prototype development, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration. This role involves full product lifecycle ownership from concept through production release. Key Responsibilities Design and develop new mechanical products and features for semiconductor equipment. Create and release 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) using ProE/Creo. Collaborate with electrical and software engineering teams to ensure product functionality and customer requirements are met. Build, assemble, and test prototypes to validate designs. Conduct cross-functional design reviews and publish DR/DVT documentation. Support manufacturing, operations, supply chain, field service, and quality teams to ensure product reliability and sustainability. Evaluate and communicate cost impacts of mechanical designs and engineering changes. Manage mechanical designs through the complete product lifecycle using Agile or other PLM systems. Ensure designs comply with engineering standards, manufacturability, and quality requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Strong experience with ProE / Creo for mechanical design and 3D CAD modeling. Experience creating engineering drawings and BOM releases. Knowledge of materials, machining, fabrication, and manufacturing processes. Experience with Agile or other PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems. Hands-on experience with prototype build and testing. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional engineering environment. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
