Job Description

Summary:
We are currently representing an established Mechanical Contractor currently looking for Project Engineer(s) at all levels to join their organization. This role would lead to the career path to a Project Manager with them in the near future as they continue to expand their operations. They have been in operation for over 50+ years and have a huge presence in the Mechanical Construction space.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct project development throughout its lifecycle Specialize in Commercial and Industrial Projects Proficient in handling TI, Ground Up, Design Build assignments Establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business objectives Coordinate team members, resources, and stakeholders to reach project targets Prepare and present budget proposals, with the flexibility to suggest adjustments when necessary Manage project expectations and communicate effectively with team and management Assign tasks to suitable personnel and oversee their execution Identify and address project issues, deficiencies, and key milestones Create project timelines, schedules, and monitor progress efficiently Proficiency in various Microsoft, Project Management, and Estimating tools Generate progress reports, proposals, and documentation for review Anticipate changes in project scope, mitigate potential crises, and develop backup plans Perform any additional duties as delegated
Requirements:
Proficiency in HVAC industry standards and regulations Prior hands-on experience in HVAC equipment installation and maintenance Demonstrated skills in team management and individual performance Ability to adapt to changing priorities, solve problems, and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent practical experience Minimum of 3+ years in the HVAC sector HVAC Contractor experience preferred BA Mechanical Engineering preferred Compensation +
