Job Description
Onsite Requirement:
This role requires you to be onsite in the office 5 days per week.What You'll Do:
Asset Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the sustainment and optimization of a high-volume, global fleet of injection mold toolingNew Tooling Integration:
Lead the technical support for the design, fabrication, and qualification of replacement tooling to ensure seamless production continuityTechnical Problem Solving:
Execute deep-dive root cause investigations for internal production bottlenecks and supplier quality deviationsStandardization & Governance:
Author and maintain comprehensive SOPs to ensure process standardization across the sustainment lifecycleProcess Architecture:
Design and implement robust internal workflows to streamline the sustainment of physical assetsContinuous Improvement:
Proactively identify and pitch data-driven opportunities for product, equipment, and efficiency enhancementsCross-Functional Collaboration:
Serve as a technical bridge between Quality, Purchasing, CI, and Manufacturing to hit operational targetsWho You Are:
Education:
BS in Mechanical Engineering (Required)Professional Experience:
0-3 years of proven success in a Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering roleTechnical Expertise:
Direct experience with the design, maintenance, and material selection of injection molded components and toolingPreferred Skills:
• Hands-on experience with ultrasonic welding processes: Proficiency in SolidWorks or equivalent CAD platforms for design review and troubleshooting. Background in injection mold tool design is highly desirableSoft Skills:

The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $87,000. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set.Reasons To Join Us:
