- Improve on structure test Test gear design development
- Develop & manage test gear mechanical design
- Develop & manage test circuit design
- Develop & manage test software design
- Develop & manage test firmware design DFX analysis
- DFX, manual and programmatic analysis & report generation
- DFX project planning and execution Component Engineering
- Component engineering on new customer release package assessment
- Component engineering on BOM material conversion
- Component engineering on second sourcing
- Component engineering on production
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Directly supervises department employees
- Oversee department activities& projects
- Technology evaluation and research
- conduct department meetings
- Generate KPI, status & trigger reports
- set up and update department procedure, flow, guidelines
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include
- Interviewing, hiring, and training employees
- Planning, assigning, and directing work.

Pay:
$110,000.00- $135,000.
