Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated team member who will implement excellent validation, characterization, instrumentation, and activities related to development of NVIDIA's Gaming, AI, Automotive, Robotics, and other products. You will be a key member of the thermal validation team and will play a meaningful role in extending NVIDIA as the "Best Place to Work"! What you'll be doing: Conduct testing to characterize thermal designs: build/assemble physical prototypes, attach thermocouples, install and run test workloads Collaborate with multi-functional teams, follow test plans, collect and summarize data Document, implement, and validate test methods based on guidance and discussions with team members Maintain, organize, and improve the usability of an engineering lab Provide ideas towards our efforts of continuous learning and growth What we need to see: Associate degree (or equivalent experience) 2+ years relevant experience in thermal or mechanical testing Solid problem solving, documentation, and organizational skills Proficiency in computer hardware and Windows/Linux operating systems Attention to detail with strong communication skills (written and verbal) Ways to stand out from the crowd: Experience working in a lab environment with a strong passion for improving processes Expertise in thermal measurement instrumentation and testing, e.g., thermocouple placement and attach, using automated data acquisition, mechanical assembly Knowledge of Linux command lines Experience using tools such as Dremel, soldering iron, power drill, etc. NVIDIA offers highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 60,000 USD - 101,200 USD for Level 3, and 72,000 USD - 120,750 USD for Level 4. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
