R D Infrastructure Engineer, English/Korean Bilingual Our team plays a pivotal role in developing the next generation technology in software, user experience, and services for future products that can enrich our consumers' lives. The R D Innovation group is looking for a highly motivated individual to serve as an R D Infrastructure Engineer with bilingual professional skills in Korean and English. In this role you will be responsible for designing, building, coordinating and maintaining the SW/IT environment that global companies need to run internal operations and achieve business objectives. Responsibilities Support the architecture and technical direction of all software projects within the company Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and efficient software infrastructure Collaborate with development teams to ensure best practices in code quality, performance, and security Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery capabilities Manage infrastructure-related issues and provide technical support to resolve them promptly Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to incorporate into the company's infrastructure Implement and manage infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience 2+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, Software Developer, DevOps, or similar roles Proficiency in at least one programming language Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Understanding of Software Engineering best practices and different Software Development and trade-offs Familiarity with networking, security, and database administration

Compensation:

Up to $71/hr W2 plus benefit and 401k options; paid sick leave
