Build Manufacturing is seeking a highly skilled R D Composites Molding Engineer to lead research and development of advanced thermoplastic molding processes, tooling technologies, and prototype equipment for our manufacturing operations. This hands-on role emphasizes developing new molding processes, designing prototype tooling, and testing emerging technologies while working directly with molds, molding equipment, and R D teams. You will independently manage multiple R D projects from concept through prototype validation, supporting

Develop and advance thermoplastic molding processes for R D applications Design prototype tooling and molds using SolidWorks Research and evaluate new tooling technologies and molding methods Provide hands-on support during prototype builds, troubleshooting molds and molding equipment Lead new process development and qualification activities Manage multiple concurrent R D composites projects independently Test and validate prototype tooling and process parameters Collaborate with engineering and technical staff across

    The anticipated base salary range for this role is [$91,000
  • $137,000] .
Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
