Job Description

Experienced, Trained or Familiar with: 1. Automation Sequencing 2. Pneumatics [fluid power by pressurized air/gas] 3. Hydraulics [fluid power by pressurized liquids water/oil] 4. Mechanical [machinery, valves, chains, conveyers etc.] 5. PLC [programmable logic controls] Ability to adapt and become familiar with: 1. Analytics [evaluating machining issues and root causes] 2. Coding [interpreting faults with circuitry and controls] 3. Drives/Modules [functions and commands] 4. Understanding of pressure ratios, encoders, and sensors.
DAILY WORK SCOPE
Possess good written and verbal communication skills. Be a self-starter and a team-oriented employee. Have knowledge of general machine shop equipment PLC troubleshooting Solid work attendance record. Able to comprehend technical documents. Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical breakdowns as well as pneumatic, hydraulic, and general machine maintenance Install new and upgrade equipment as needed. Troubleshoot and repair all equipment to keep production going in a timely manner. Inventory management of spare parts, to prevent minimum breakdown or machine downtime. Performs preventive and operational maintenance to ensure a functional and safe environment. Maintain records of all work completed, time spent, and materials used.
