Job Description:

We are seeking an Entry-Level Mechanical Engineer to support manufacturing operations through plant layout design, process optimization, and CAD-based engineering projects. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who wants hands-on exposure to production environments, equipment integration, and continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing facility. What You'll Do Create and modify plant layouts, equipment drawings, and manufacturing designs using SolidWorks and CAD software Support process optimization and continuous improvement projects focused on efficiency, safety, and throughput Assist with equipment installations, workflow improvements, and manufacturing line updates Work cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to solve production challenges Develop and maintain engineering documentation, SOPs, and technical drawings Participate in troubleshooting manufacturing processes and identifying root causes of operational issues Support capital projects and facility expansion initiatives as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related engineering field Proficiency with SolidWorks and CAD software required Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a plant/manufacturing environment and collaborate with production teams Internship, co-op, or project experience in manufacturing is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills What We're Looking For Someone eager to learn and grow within manufacturing engineering Hands-on mindset with the ability to bridge engineering concepts to real production environments Interest in plant operations, layouts, process flow, and manufacturing optimization Self-starter who enjoys being on the floor and improving processes in real time Why Join Us?
