MEP Mechanical Project Manager / Engineer

The Opportunity :

We are seeding a Project Manager with 5+ years of MEP consulting experience to join our Deerfield Beach team. This is a hands-on project management role with design responsibilities and ownership of projects from schematic design through construction administration. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients and design partners while guiding the technical design and project team What You'll Do Manage project scope, schedule, and budget with accountability to clients and internal leadership Lead coordination across MEP disciplines and with architectural and structural teams throughout the design process Oversee production of construction documents using Revit/BIM workflows Support engineering calculations, equipment selection, and system sizing across a range of building types Support construction administration including site visits, RFI and submittal review, and punch list Serve as a primary client and design partner contact, managing communication and expectations throughout each project Contribute to internal QC processes and maintain working knowledge of applicable codes (FBC, NEC, NFPA, etc.) Mentor junior staff and support team coordination as needed What We're Looking For 5 - 10+ years of experience in MEP consulting or building systems design and prior project management responsibilities Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Suite, and Bluebeam Familiarity with commercial, multifamily residential, institutional, or mixed-use project types Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills in a multi-discipline environment Comfortable managing multiple projects and competing deadlines What We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience Employer-sponsored health insurance, PTO, 401(k) with matching, and paid holidays Hybrid flexibility after onboarding Direct access to firm leadership and meaningful input on how the electrical department grows Exposure to a varied project portfolio across South Florida and nationally To Apply Please submit your resume or reach out to engineering@kammconsulting.com
