Mechanical Design Engineer Hileah, Miami, Florida $80,000 - $95,000 + Career Progression + Specialist Training + Performance Bonus + Medical + Dental + Vision + PTO + 100% upto 4% 401(k) + Development Opportunities Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer looking to join a market-leading manufacturer where you'll work on innovative products from concept through to production, receive specialist training, and have a genuine pathway into senior engineering and leadership positions? This is a rare opportunity to join a highly respected engineering team where you will be given the freedom to develop new products, influence designs, and work on exciting projects from initial concept through to final manufacture within a fully integrated in-house facility. The company are an industry leader with a reputation for engineering excellence, innovation and investing heavily in their people. With all manufacturing, prototyping, testing and production completed in-house, you'll gain exposure to the entire product lifecycle whilst working alongside some of the most experienced engineers in the industry. This is a high-profile role within the engineering team where you'll work closely with design, manufacturing, R D and production departments to develop premium engineered products whilst continuously expanding your technical skillset.The Role:
- Design and develop innovative mechanical products from concept through to production
- Create detailed 3D models and manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Work closely with the R D team on new product development projects
- Develop and test prototypes, validating designs before manufacture
- Collaborate with manufacturing and production teams to optimise designs for manufacture
The Person:
- Manufacturing hands-on engineering experience
- Experience using SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD
- Experience with 3D design, product development or mechanical systems
- Commutable to Miami or willing to relocate
