Your Impact As a Mechanical Project Engineer , you will take ownership of the mechanical design process and play a critical role in delivering high-performance, energy-efficient building systems. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, influence project direction, and mentor others—making your mark on every project you touch. What You'll Do Lead mechanical (HVAC) design for complex, high-impact projects Develop innovative, energy-efficient solutions tailored to client goals Guide and mentor engineering team members within your discipline Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project partners to drive success Ensure technical excellence from concept through execution What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Architectural Engineering, or related field 10+ years of HVAC design experience (healthcare, research, or higher education preferred) Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus Proficiency with tools like Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
