We are looking for a sharp, driven Mechanical Engineering Summer Intern who wants more than a line on a resume. What You Will Do Support the design and refinement of mechanical components and assemblies Clean up and improve new designs in SolidWorks Help create clear, accurate work instructions to support the repeatable, reliable assembly of complex mechanical systems Assist in organizing design details so assemblies can be built accurately, reliably, and consistently Contribute to a hands-on engineering environment focused on precision and continuous improvement What We Want Pursuing a Mechanical Engineering degree Junior standing preferred Proficient in SolidWorks Strong mechanical aptitude and sound engineering judgment Strong attention to detail Naturally curious about how things work Excited by geeky, high-end technology Able to think critically, ask good questions, and learn quickly Motivated, dependable, and ready to contribute in a hands-on environment What Stands Out Extracurricular activities, design teams, personal projects, leadership roles, or other evidence that you genuinely care about engineering Clear signs of initiative, discipline, and follow-through Evidence that you do not just complete assignments, but actually enjoy building, creating, fixing, and figuring things out We are not just looking for a student who wants a summer job.
