Full-Time Job Description We are seeking an experienced CAE Engineer with strong expertise in FEA and CFD analysis to support product development, validation, and optimization activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality, manufacturable, and performance-driven designs. Key Responsibilities Perform and oversee Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations using ANSYS Workbench. Conduct structural, vibration durability, mechanical shock, crashworthiness, and thermal analyses. Interpret simulation and validation test results to improve product performance and reliability. Optimize system and component designs considering cost, weight, volume, thermal efficiency, and performance targets. Support Design for Manufacturability (DFM) initiatives to improve manufacturing, assembly, handling, shipping, disassembly, and recycling processes. Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal engineering teams during product development activities. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to cross-functional teams and junior engineers. Assist in solving complex engineering problems through testing, measurement, data acquisition, and engineering analysis. Support engineering development activities from concept through design validation and production launch.
Required Skills & Qualifications Experience:
7-8 years in CAE/CFD engineering.
Education:
MS/MTech in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline. Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with ANSYS Workbench for FEA analysis.
Strong understanding of:
Structural analysis Vibration and durability analysis Mechanical shock and crashworthiness Thermal and CFD simulations Experience with product validation and result interpretation. Knowledge of DFM principles and manufacturing processes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and customer-facing environments.
