Kubota Research & Development North America Corporation was established in 2022 as a new research and development center for riding mowers, utility vehicles, tractor implements, and other products for which businesses are being developed primarily for North America. This approximately 300-acre (approx. 1,200,000㎡) facility, the largest of Kubota's R D centers, includes a turf farm, a high-speed vehicle test course, a trail course, and a vehicle test site including a digging field. It also has a bench testing facility with a low-temperature test building capable of testing M8 tractors, which have the most horsepower among Kubota's tractors. About thePosition:
We are looking for a passionate and driven engineering intern to join our dynamic engineering team for a 12-week internship. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical engineering to contribute to real-world projects. If you're ready to kickstart your career in engineering and build real-world experience with design from concept plans through construction documentation, this is the internship for you.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design, development, and testing of the weld, assembly, paint and fabrication processes. Collaborate with engineers on ongoing projects. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes.Experience and Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). Familiarity with relevant software such as AutoCAD Inventor. Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, self-motivation to produce high quality work. Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally.
