We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Norcross, GA. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity with lots of room for growth and advancement. The successful candidate will apply their engineering knowledge in a hands-on environment, working on a variety of projects to design, develop, and maintain mechanical systems and components.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and development of mechanical systems, components, and products, ensuring they meet project specifications and standards. Collaborate with senior engineers to conduct research, analyze data, and provide recommendations for engineering solutions. Support the creation of detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation for manufacturing and assembly. Participate in testing and validation processes to ensure mechanical systems and components perform as intended. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and project management, to support project goals and timelines. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to mechanical systems and components. Maintain knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance in all engineering activities. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting and implementing process enhancements.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials science, and mechanical design. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for creating detailed mechanical drawings. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex engineering challenges. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Eagerness to learn and grow professionally within the engineering field.Benefits:
