Shift:
1st shift (7:00 am to 3:30 pm) - minimal overtime Position Overview We are seeking a Mechanical or Agricultural Engineer to support product design, testing, manufacturing process improvement, and engineering analysis activities for projects of moderate scope. This role works closely with cross-functional teams in a collaborative manufacturing environment and contributes to design reviews, feasibility studies, process improvements, and technical documentation. Recent engineering graduates are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Support product design, testing, and engineering analysis activities Analyze manufacturing and material processes to improve quality, efficiency, and cost performance Develop and execute feasibility testing for engineering solutions Assist in creating and maintaining engineering standards, specifications, and technical documentation Participate in design reviews and provide input on engineering solutions Identify process improvement opportunities and support change management initiatives Coordinate assigned project tasks and support project execution activities Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and engineering groups Conduct inspections and recommend corrective actions when needed Maintain knowledge of relevant technologies, engineering standards, and industry practices Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Agricultural Engineering Recent graduates with relevant internship or project experience are welcome to apply Experience with Creo Experience with PDM systems, preferably Windchill Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with SAP Experience working with machinery, heavy equipment, or manufacturing processes Exposure to engineering testing, validation, or process improvement activities Work Environment Fully onsite position Manufacturing/shop-floor environment Business casual dress code Less than 10% travel within nearby facilities and Midwest locations Candidates must be comfortable working in a factory setting Metatarsal safety boots required on the first day Additional Information No visa sponsorship available now or in the future Position may require operating a company utility vehicle within the facility after completing safety training Occasional travel between nearby facilities using personal transportation may be required Interview Process Teams interview preferred Onsite interview may be considered for local candidates. #
