10+ Years Role Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Engineer with strong project management capabilities to lead the design, development, manufacturing, and installation of engineering components. This role requires a professional who can manage end-to-end project delivery, drive innovation, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, manufacturing, and installation of mechanical components aligned with project specifications. Analyze engineering challenges and develop effective, practical solutions . Conduct testing, experiments, and evaluations to enhance product performance and innovation. Create precise technical drawings and designs using CAD tools . Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables . Prepare technical documentation and operating guidelines for production teams. Ensure all products and processes comply with industry regulations and safety standards . Collaborate with cross-functional teams, project managers, and stakeholders to meet project goals. Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. Required Qualifications (Must Have) Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field 10+ years of experience in Mechanical Engineering with strong Project Management exposure Proven experience in budget planning and cost control Expertise in managing project deliverables and timelines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) Experience managing cross-functional or multidisciplinary teams Ability to create and manage Gantt charts and project schedules Excellent technical documentation and writing skills Familiarity with industry-standard CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) Key Skills Project Management Mechanical Design & Analysis Budget Management CAD Design Problem Solving Communication & Collaboration Compliance & Safety Standards NIT01
