Shift Job Description:

Support product design, testing, troubleshooting, and validation for mechanical systems Provide production line support for Windrower Platform manufacturing Evaluate design improvements related to cost, quality, and performance Execute test plans and assist with product verification & validation Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supplier teams Create and maintain engineering documentation and reports Support assembly line and weld process improvements

Required Skills:

Experience with Creo or similar CAD software Strong problem-solving and communication skills Knowledge of mechanical systems and engineering processes Ability to work with cross-functional teams Proficiency in

Excel and PowerPoint Preferred Skills:

SAP experience Experience with assembly line or weld process documentation Product validation/testing experience Agricultural or heavy equipment background preferred

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Agricultural Engineering or related field preferred 1-3 years of engineering or product support experience preferred IND_
