Process Engineer, Trim and Mechanical Job Summary

• To provide the production department with accurate documentations and engineering capabilities to produce the vehicles to the required levels.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Continuously liaison, negotiate and delivering information with service providers, end-users, suppliers
• Ensure all documentations, machinery and equipment are issued and training provided
• Evaluate and monitor final product and remedial actions taken to address variances
• Submit monthly analysis and reports on status according to set parameters
• Ensure vehicles assembled to specifications
• Ensure evaluation of local components for approval Qualification Required & Experience
• National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised Institution
• 5 to 8 years in process engineering with Manufacturing Industry
• Capacity to maintain and follow set guidelines and references with regards to business operations
• Understanding of standards, processes and the way operations are combined in terms as to implement them
• Ability to actively, analyse and improve methods or processes
• Understand the technical fundamentals of needs and feasibility analysis
• Acquire up-to-date knowledge of related fields
• Adeptness to deal with, supervise and interact with coworkers
• Ability to initiate action and make decisions
• Ability to utilise manpower effectively
• Understand the acquisition of skills and knowledge through informal learning process by on-the-job training well as the formal training process
• Ability to motivate, manage and control and maintain team effectiveness and efficiency
• Ability to use basic business communication skills
