Job Description
job summary: Looking for a Mechanical Engineer (Remote/Boise). Requires a Chem/Mech Eng BS and 2+ yrs facilities design experience. This is primarily a remote position, though the successful candidate will need to work onsite for 50% of the first month, thereafter reducing to one week onsite per month. Provide design and oversight for piping, equipment water, wastewater, process chemicals, and gases in densely packed industrial facilities.
Retrofit existing building systems by performing engineering calculations, equipment sizing, and component selection.
Act as the multi-discipline team representative to edit specifications and review design packages, including P&IDs and layout drawings.
Review vendor submittals, RFIs, and construction documents on behalf of Our Client to ensure project delivery.
