Responsibilities :

Create and update product drawings in AutoCAD Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability Maintain and improve existing product designs and documentation Deeply learn the company's product lines and processes to prepare for involvement in process improvement initiatives Contribute to continuous improvement projects as you expand your role from design to process optimization

Qualifications :

Mechanical Engineering degree 3+ years manufacturing experience, ideally in cabinets, building materials, or wood products

Required Skills :

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel Stable work history and commitment to a long-term role

Pay Range & Compensation Package :
