Job Description

Overview Tenicor is looking for the right person to support and accelerate Product Development and Engineering execution. This role is responsible for increasing engineering throughput by directly supporting CAD work, CNC programming, tooling development, prototype fabrication, and engineering documentation. Description At Tenicor, we operate using the Theory of Constraints . We identify and elevate bottlenecks, optimize flow, and make work visible. The right person for this role understands how to remove friction from engineering and product development by executing quickly, accurately, and consistently across
CAD, CNC
programming, machining, and prototype preparation.

This role sits close to the work. It is highly hands-on and directly impacts how fast ideas become real products. About the
Role Increase Product Development Throughput:
Support engineering and tooling workflows to reduce delays between design and physical iteration.
CNC Programming & Tooling Development:
Program tool paths and machine tooling required for prototypes, fixtures, and production development. First Articles (FA)
Support:
Build, prep, and validate first article components to support design iteration and production readiness.
Stock Preparation:
Prepare raw materials and stock for machining, prototyping, and engineering builds.
CAD Design Execution:
Execute CAD work to support engineering direction, including design iteration, refinement, and implementation.
Engineering Drawing Documentation:
Create and maintain accurate engineering drawings, revisions, and documentation to support manufacturing and production clarity. You'll Succeed If You… Are familiar with Fusion 360 - both in design and manufacturing. Move quickly and accurately from concept to prototype. Understand how design decisions impact manufacturability and production flow. Can program and operate CNC toolpaths with confidence and accountability. Are proactive in removing bottlenecks and keeping engineering work moving forward. Enjoy hands-on problem solving in a fast-moving manufacturing environment. Can work independently while staying tightly aligned with engineering intent and standards.
