Job Description

at Latitude 36, Inc. in Mossville, Illinois, United States Job Description Research, design, develop, and test tools, transmissions, axles, and other mechanical devices. Help investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation and make recommendation to maintenance crew. Help plan and execute laboratory tests, analyze data, and document findings. Identify relationships and interactions between various components while conducting thorough engineering analyses on test components. Collaborating with product design team to define test requirements Preparing test units for lab testing. Perform lab tests to validate components from a performance and durability (product quality) perspective. Analyze test data. Position is in Chillicothe, IL. Salary $132,000+/yr DOE. Email resume to positions@harveynash.com Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Similar 5+ years of experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawing, schematics and computer-generated reports Demonstrated mechanical experience Data analysis and data acquisition experience Ability to develop machine software that increases control and reliability Experience with simulation software and Python Robotics experience a plus Test and analysis automation skills (Matlab and/or VBA scripting) Experience with SolidWorks, 3D Printing Excellent written and verbal communications skills To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
