This company is known for developing graduate engineers into long-term technical specialists and future leaders within the business. You will gain a broad understanding of manufacturing engineering while becoming heavily involved in both design work and day-to-day shop floor operations. In this role, you will support the engineering and manufacturing teams by creating and modifying mechanical drawings, assisting with production issues, and working directly with fabrication and assembly teams to improve manufacturing processes and product quality. You will also gain exposure to project engineering, customer specifications, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role would suit a Mechanical Engineering graduate who enjoys both technical design work and being hands-on within a manufacturing environment.The Role:
Create and modify mechanical drawings and manufacturing documentation Work closely with shop floor teams to support fabrication, machining, and assembly operations Review technical drawings, specifications, and production requirements Assist with process improvements and continuous improvement initiativesThe Person:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints Interest in manufacturing, fabrication, and mechanical systems Comfortable working both in an office environment and directly on the manufacturing floor Eager to learn and develop within a fast-paced engineering environmentKey Words:
