$50k-$60k base + business allowance + commission + semi-annual bonus opportunity + company paid benefitsPosition OverviewWe are seeking a couple motivated and skilled Sales Engineer specialized in machine tools and manufactured Equipment to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise and sales acumen to drive revenue growth through effective solutions for our clients in the manufacturing sector.

Key ResponsibilitiesProspect, develop and close new business with new and existing customers.

Meet or exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.

Regularly travel to perform customer consultations to determine needs and solutions, and obtain detailed information for estimates and proposalsMaintain involvement on turnkey projects, demonstrations and other related customer projects to meet deadlines and budgetsPossess and maintain an in-depth knowledge of machine tool industry and product lines presented by the companyUtilize Salesforce.com (CRM) for all prospecting and customer activitiesQualificationsBS/BA degree in Engineering or Business or equivalent work experiencePrevious outside sales experience with manufactured equipment is preferredStrong professional communication and presentation skillsInnovative approach to problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a results-based environment.

Effective closerMechanical/technical aptitude preferredComputer proficiency in Microsoft Office as well as experience in using CRM software.
