If you have strong mechanical aptitude, analytical skills, creativity, and interpersonal skills, we encourage you to apply. Who is Amatrol? Our hands-on simulators and highly interactive eLearning systems train tomorrow's global workforce for many diverse industries such as manufacturing, oil and gas, packaging, etc. We are working in Industry 4.0, IIoT, smart networks, data analytics, robotics, safety PLCs, and a whole lot more. Colleges, universities, and high schools as well as companies use our made-in-the-USA products to teach individuals technical and workplace skills ranging from entry level basic technical skills to advanced technology troubleshooting for both degree and certification preparation. What you will be doing Work with Design Engineering, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Curriculum Development Departments to develop new products and maintain existing products. Assist with general engineering duties including but not limited to Develop new products from conception to completion. Ensure the manufacturability of products and improvements as needed. Ensure the marketability and costing of products as needed. Design updates to existing products as needed due to obsolete components, cost improvements, and other product upgrades. Process Engineering Change Requests, update existing CAD drawings and change
Bill of Materials Requirements:
Engineering degree: BSME Strong mechanical aptitude and analytical skills. Experience or training with automation and design. Strong computer skills with knowledge of AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks Fluid Power or HVAC/Refrigeration experience a plus. What is life like at Amatrol?
