(Required) Basic engine component and system level knowledge & experience Strong written communication skills Skilled in MS Office Applications Demonstrated leadership skills to lead team meetings (Desired) CREO 3D modeling (or similar) and simulation skill set Component level design experience with castings, fabrications & injection molded polymers Engine component and system level design experience

Soft Skills:

Ability to interact with shop floor technicians Strong organization and time management skills Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
