We're seeking talented Mechanical Engineers and Drafters in the Wichita area who are interested in challenging and rewarding project-based work during evenings and weekends. What You'll Be Working On New machine tool and equipment designs Precision mechanical systems and assemblies High-tolerance machined components Motion control and automation systems Weldments, castings, fabricated structures, and sheet metal designs Product development from concept through production Innovative engineering solutions for complex manufacturing challenges Who We're Looking For Mechanical Engineers and experienced Mechanical Drafters Proficiency in SolidWorks preferred Experience in machine design, automation, manufacturing equipment, heavy machinery, or industrial systems is highly desirable Creative problem-solvers who enjoy designing and building practical solutions Self-motivated professionals seeking meaningful supplemental income Individuals who appreciate precision, craftsmanship, and engineering excellence Why Winona Van Norman?
