Pay Range:
$85.80/hr. Plus $149.10 per diem. Must live 100+ miles from
Baton Rouge, LA Description:
MAIN FUNCTIONS
The Fired Equipment/Heat Engineer will support and escalations; Troubleshooting issues, planning turnaround and equipment strategy. 30% field, 70% in office.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Support and escalations; Troubleshooting issues, planning turnaround, and equipment strategy
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION S
Bachelor's in mechanical or chemical engineering and/or previous experience in a closely related position. Strong knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Anticipates & solves problems by integrating knowledge from some areas. Responsible for owning projects. Represents local workgroup internally and on occasion, externally. 3+ years of fire equipment experience with heaters, boilers, flares; operation and project delivery.
