Job Description

Test EngineerBased in Billerica, MA, we are an industry leader in advanced thermal management systems, designing and manufacturing compressor-based chillers and cooling solutions for high-performance industrial and regulated markets.

We're seeking a hands-on Test Engineer with strong electrical and electro-mechanical troubleshooting experience to support production, develop automated test systems, and drive reliability and quality across complex equipment platforms.
Role and Responsibilities:
Support production by troubleshooting electrical and controls issues on manufacturing floor systemsDesign and build electro-mechanical test fixtures and automated/semi-automated test equipmentDevelop and implement test protocols and automated data capture programs for product acceptance testingSupport qualification and reliability testing including setup, instrumentation selection, and executionDevelop calibration processes for instrumentation such as pressure transducers and flow metersEstablish and maintain wiring and crimping programs aligned with IPC-620 standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering7-10 years of hands-on experience in electrical design and troubleshootingExperience with PLC programming, LabVIEW, and PID temperature controllersKnowledge of electrical safety codes and standardsStrong mechanical and electrical aptitude in a manufacturing environmentBenefitsCompetitive Pay Between $110-130k + Bonus PotentialStrong Benefits Package (Medical/Dental/Vision, Retirement Savings Options, etc.)Unlimited Vacation/Paid Time OffWork/Life Balance
