Pay:
$120,000 Annually

Job Duties:
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing productivity, quality, and efficiency
  • Develop and standardize tooling, fixtures, assembly processes, and manufacturing equipment
  • Support production teams by identifying opportunities to improve product quality and throughput
  • Create and maintain process controls, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation
  • Collaborate with New Product Development teams to ensure manufacturability and production readiness
  • Troubleshoot assembly equipment and manufacturing process issues to minimize downtime
  • Support capital equipment projects and manufacturing site expansion initiatives
  • Oversee procurement and implementation of tools, gauges, jigs, fixtures, and assembly aids
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve production and quality issues
  • Maintainpliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Support ECO (Engineering Change Order) processes and documentation updates
  • Work closely with global engineering and manufacturing teams to implement best practices
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering required
  • 5+ years of Manufacturing Engineering or Mechanical Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience supporting assembly and test processes with a focus on process improvement
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies
  • Experience with SPC, FMEA, DFMA, RCA, and quality improvement tools
  • Experience with 2D and 3D CAD software
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred
  • Experience analyzing and improving manufacturing equipment and workflows
  • Strong troubleshooting, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams

Pay Details:
