Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role

Equipment Maintenance:

Work with Process Engineers, Equipment Engineers, and the Maintenance team to create or optimize PM programs for new and existing equipment

Troubleshooting:

Assist the Equipment Engineer with complicated equipment down issues

Project Management:

Work with other teams to deliver customer commitments on manufacturing engineering projects and tasks

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with key stakeholders including Facilities, EHS, Industrial Engineering, and Operations

Design Tools:

Design tools and develop procedures to reduce manufacturing equipment variability and ease operator processes and training

Preventative Maintenance:

Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on production equipment

Communication:

Provide updates to key management Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Robotics, Mechatronics, or Computer Engineering

Semiconductor Knowledge:

Ideally, familiarity with backend processes like die attach, wire bonding, and test equipment

Microsoft Tools:

Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project

Team Player:

Strong collaboration and communication skills to work in cross-functional teams

Technical Tools:

Hands-on experience with test instruments like multimeters, oscilloscopes, micrometers, and calipers

Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate: Minimum of $79,680.00 salary per year Maximum of $99,600.00 salary per year In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan. #LI-FM1
