Equipment Maintenance:
Work with Process Engineers, Equipment Engineers, and the Maintenance team to create or optimize PM programs for new and existing equipmentTroubleshooting:
Assist the Equipment Engineer with complicated equipment down issuesProject Management:
Work with other teams to deliver customer commitments on manufacturing engineering projects and tasksTeam Collaboration:
Work closely with key stakeholders including Facilities, EHS, Industrial Engineering, and OperationsDesign Tools:
Design tools and develop procedures to reduce manufacturing equipment variability and ease operator processes and trainingPreventative Maintenance:
Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on production equipmentCommunication:
Provide updates to key management Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeedEducation:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Robotics, Mechatronics, or Computer EngineeringSemiconductor Knowledge:
Ideally, familiarity with backend processes like die attach, wire bonding, and test equipmentMicrosoft Tools:
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and ProjectTeam Player:
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work in cross-functional teamsTechnical Tools:
Hands-on experience with test instruments like multimeters, oscilloscopes, micrometers, and calipers- US citizen or green card holder: This position requires access to documentation that is controlled by the export laws of the United States. Candidates are required to provide proof of either US citizenship, Permanent US residency, or classification as a protected individual as defined in 8USC 1324b(a)(3).
