Learn how you can start or jumpstart your career with us. Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain efficient Fab/Lab practices and a safe working environment. Perform maintenance and repair of FAB tools, with a focus on TEL coating track systems and ASML exposure systems. Execute system upgrades across FAB tools, particularly TEL coating track and ASML exposure platforms. Troubleshoot equipment issues and resolve problems in a timely manner. Collaborate with senior FAB team members to identify improvement opportunities. Maintain FAB infrastructure including equipment qualification, control charting, and supply ordering. Ensure strict adherence to housekeeping, quality, and product integrity standards. Work independently and within teams, demonstrating strong motivation and accountability. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of relevant experience preferred. Strong hands-on expertise with TEL Track Systems including maintenance, repair, and upgrades. Familiarity with ASML, KLA, Canon, and other lithography FAB equipment. Experience handling photolithography chemicals (organic and inorganic). Knowledge of process improvement, statistics, and data analysis. Willingness to work nights, weekends, and on-call schedules.
