Project Engineer

Middlesex Glass Project Engineer Tewksbury, MA Apply Project Engineer Primary Purpose of Position:

Apply basic blue print reading, basic knowledge of Storefront and Curtainwall, basic knowledge of composite and single skin paneling systems to assist Lead Project Engineers with generating quality shop drawings for submittal.

Essential Functions:

1. Work in a team format and approach every aspect of your scope wholistically through its progressive design/submittal life cycle till fabrication. A. Roles and Scopes will change per need of Project and Company B. Become proficient through training in all scope related to the building enclosure industry. i.

1. Curtain Wall a. Traditional i. SSG (Structural Silicon Glazed) ii. SS (Screw Splined) iii. SB (Shear Blocked) b. Unitized c. Window wall 2. Storefront 3. Doors and Entrances 4. Panels a. ACM (Aluminum Composite Material) b. Fiber Cement c. Single Skins 5. Frameless glass 6. Shower doors 2.
