Job Description
Mechanical Project EngineerPosition OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they meet both client specifications and industry standards. The role requires a strong background in mechanical systems, including MEP and HVAC design, as well as proficiency in BIM, Revit, and CAD software.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead mechanical engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Develop and review mechanical designs for HVAC and MEP systems using CAD and Revit software.
Collaborate with architects and other engineers to integrate mechanical systems into building designs.
Conduct feasibility studies and assessments to determine project viability.
Prepare technical documentation and reports for project stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations during project execution.
Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on technical issues.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on MEP and HVAC systems.
Proficiency in Revit, CAD, and BIM software.
EIT (Engineer in Training) certification preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
